1) St. Armands Towers – Location, location, location. This is quite possibly the location on Lido Key because residents can walk to St. Armands Circle as well as Lido Key beach across the street. Units have fabulous views of the beach, water or the circle.

2) Orchid Beach Club – This is one of the finest condo buildings on Lido Key and Sarasota. Finished in 2005 these two towers offer stunning views, luxurious condo units and an array of amenities. Considered by many to be the best beach front condo.

3) Mark Twain – This is an interesting complex on Lido Key beach. When you drive by it you might not even notice it. There are only 14 units giving it a peaceful and cozy feeling. If you like low density then check out the Mark Twain condos on Lido Key.

4) Lido Presidential – This is another great option if you are looking to spend on the lower end of the price spectrum. Even though it is not on the beach this complex is not very far from it. Residents can walk across the street to play in the sand and waters of the Gulf of Mexico. St. Armands Circle is also not very far away.

5) Lido Surf and Sand – This 105 unit building is maintained very well and sits directly on the beach. Almost all of the units have some sort of water views. Prices generally range anywhere from the $400,000's to the $800,000's.
