Do you want to be close to downtown, the beach or out in the boonies. Do you need peace and quiet or do you need easy quick access. Make sure you get what's going to match up for you.
If you need any extra services, check to see if they can recommend some to you. For example if you don't cook, you may want to find out where the good eating spots are . If you want to hire a cook, do they have anyone, they can recommend . If you need a bartender, do they know any. Try to make things as comfortable as you can for yourself.
